Do you have a refund policy?
Yes we do. We have a 15 day return policy on our product and will refund the owner of the subscription.

What’s included with my subscription?
Monthly subscribers have access to the Donate Boost plugin, automatic updates, new plugin features, and support.

How will I be billed?
You will be billed on a monthly basis. We offer a 30% discount for subscribers that prepay a year in advance. Contact us if interested in a yearly discount.

Do I need to renew my license manually?
No you do not have to renew. We offer monthly subscriptions and your subscription will automatically renew every month.

Are subscriptions transferable?
Subscriptions are not transferable at this time. As well, licenses are not transferable.

What if I want to cancel my account?
If you wish to cancel, we can absolutely help. Please contact us and let us know you wish to do so. Please note, after cancellation you will not have access to downloads, plugin updates, or support.

How are plugin updates handled?
We update the plugin on a monthly basis, we notify current subscribers, as well as push automatic updates to current subscribers.

Do I need coding skills?
You do not need coding skills to use our product, but you should know how to retrieve your Stripe keys and how to create a Zapier feed. We can do this for you for a small one time fee. Contact us for more information.

What’s required to use Donate Boost?
You need a WordPress website and stripe.com account, and an SSL installed on your server to use this plugin. If you wish to send data to Zapier then you need a Zapier account as well.

Where can I go for technical support?
You can contact us at anytime, but we keep 9-5pm EST hours. Please go to our docs section of our website for documentation. Contact us and we will help you directly. Support is only for current subscribers.

Can I use the plugin on multiple websites?
Yes. Current subscribers to the Donate Boost plugin can use the plugin on unlimited websites. There is no limitation for current monthly subscribers.
